Current Status - Updated 2/6/2014
- Closed on the bank loan with BB&T - 2/6/2014
- Held meeting with club members to report on current progress - 1/26/2014
- Purchased land and had it successfully re-zoned by the City of Durham.
- Site engineering plans have been submitted to the city for approval.
- We have selected a contractor and an ice equipment supplier.
